This Privacy Policy describes the data practices of HorskéStezky s.r.o. ("we", "us") for the website barelenigexigeg.eu ("the site"). We operate under the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Czech data protection law.

This site does not require registration and does not maintain user accounts. The following data may be collected:

  • Contact form submissions: Name, email address, phone number and message content submitted voluntarily through the contact form. This data is stored only for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and is deleted within 90 days of the final response.
  • Server logs: Standard web server access logs including IP address, browser user agent, referring URL and page accessed. These logs are retained for 30 days for security and diagnostic purposes and are not used for profiling.
  • Cookies: A single first-party cookie stores your cookie consent preference (accepted or rejected). No tracking cookies, advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts are loaded on this site.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

Contact form data is processed under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or steps prior to a contract, or in this case responding to a direct request). Server log data is processed under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in site security and basic operational monitoring). Cookie consent data is processed under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).

4. Cookies

This site uses one cookie: cookie_consent, set in your browser's localStorage when you interact with the cookie banner on the homepage. This value is never transmitted to our servers. No third-party cookies are set by this site. If you reject cookies, site functionality is not affected.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, share or transfer personal data to third parties. Server infrastructure is hosted by a Czech hosting provider operating under EU data protection standards. No data is transferred outside the European Economic Area.
